Command: merciful

Usage: merciful
       merciful <name>
       merciful <guildname>
       merciful -clear

The merciful command used by itself will list the names of
players and guilds that you are currently showing mercy to.

If your merciful setting is on, you will not inflict any fatal
wounds on players with whom you are in combat, i.e. you can not
kill another player in regular combat with this setting on.

You can turn on or off merciful either by player name, or
for all members of a given guild.  For the list of Guilds,
use 'who guilds'
